Thérésa Choisi


Thérésa Choisi is a research advisor at Urgences-santé, where she co-leads the research program,  plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems, data extraction and optimizes ways to streamline processes, and develops projects. She has eight years’ experience as an emergency medical dispatcher (EMD), being promoted to Team Leader, then Quality Assurance Specialist (EMD-Q). She holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University René Descartes (Paris V) and an Honours master degree in Experimental Health Sciences from the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS, University of Quebec). She is the principal investigator for the Public Health Agency-funded project Preventing burnout by predicting compromised wellness among EMS workers (The PREBURN study).
