Christopher Robertson (Chris) is a former Ontario Critical Care Flight Paramedic and a Deputy Chief to a municipal Paramedic service.

Sarah works as an Advanced Care Paramedic on the Tactical Team with Peel Regional Paramedic Services. Currently seconded from the road, she is helping to lead the Psychological Health and Safety program in her Service.

John has over 17 years of experience as a paramedic and has a Master of Science in Community Health Sciences from the University of Calgary, specializing in health economics.

Dr. Walter Tavares is a Scientist and Assistant Professor in Health Professions and Practice in the Department of Health and Society, at the Wilson Centre for Health Professions Education Research and the Department of Medicine.

Dr. Peter T. Vanberkel's primary research involves improving healthcare operations using stochastic operational research methods.
