Lyon is an Advanced Care Paramedic, Emergency Preparedness and Special Operations specialist, educator, leader, and award-winning researcher.

Lyon is passionate about making research accessible and approachable to all paramedics. He fell in love with research and its potential to catalyst change early on through his own study on trans care which led to important system changes.  He takes great joy in teaching and mentoring the next generation of paramedics championing the importance research as a lead instructor at Medavie HealthEd.
