Jennifer Bacon

Jennifer Bacon is an experienced EMS professional with 18 years in frontline care and system-level leadership. She began her career in Peace River, Alberta, in 2007 before relocating to Calgary in 2015 to expand her experience in a high-acuity urban setting. In 2018, she transitioned into EMS Science and Research, where she has led initiatives focused on advancing prehospital care through evidence-based practice, data integration, and system improvement.

Jennifer recently completed a Master’s in Precision Medicine for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Calgary, with a focus on health system innovation and implementation. She remains actively engaged in EMS research and quality improvement initiatives.

Outside of her professional work, Jennifer enjoys graphic design, photography, and travel, and is a mother of two hockey-loving boys.
